Pós Doutora pela UERJ em Cidades e Alteridades, Doutora em Direito pelo PPGD UVA, em filosofia pelo PPGFIL. Mestrado pela PUC- Rio. Graduada em Filosofia pela UERJ e em Direito pela UVA. Possui especializações em Direito Constitucional, Direito Previdenciário, LGPD e Advocacia Feminista. Formação em Psicanálise pelo Corpo Freudiano. Atua nas áreas de Direito Constitucional, Urbanístico e Filosofia do Direito, com ênfase em planejamento urbano, direito à cidade, descolonização do pensamento e epistemologias do amor. É membro de grupos de pesquisa reconhecidos pelo CNPq, conselhos municipais e instituições nacionais ligadas à pesquisa e aos direitos humanos como OAB RJ E SC – Comissão de DH e Comissão de Constitucional, Conpedi e IBDU.

Escopo do programa de pós-doutorado em direito

O Postdoctoral Program in Legal Studies é um programa avançado de desenvolvimento acadêmico que provê ampla fundamentação teórica e prática em direito.

Throughout the postdoctoral internship, the researcher will carry out research, work on publications, organize events, or perhaps be the leader of a research group or studies group on the topic of their research.

The Program is offered by Ambra University, which is licensed by the Florida Department of Education in the United States of America.

A duração normal do programa de pós-doutorado é de 24 meses com dedicação semanal estimada de 5 horas aos estudos.

O prazo mínimo para conclusão do programa é de 12 meses e o prazo máximo é de 30 meses. No caso de ampliação do prazo, existe ônus financeiro.

Is the Program for Doctors from all areas of knowledge?

Não é restrito apenas ao doutores em direito.

Aceitamos doutores que possuam interesse em pesquisar sobre temáticas do mundo jurídico e afins.

Are the applications ongoing or per class?

Applications are always open. Therefore, if your application is accepted, you can start your journey in the Program immediately.

Once the initial seats are filled, we will have new vacancies after the first postdoctoral fellows have completed their studies.

If my application is approved, what should I do?

We will contact you after the Application Process has been completed with procedural information for starting the postdoctoral program.

What is the participant's routine like during the postdoctoral program?

The participant must organize themselves to:

Participate in virtual academic activities at Ambra.
Meet periodically with the supervisor
Lead a center or group of research/studies on the topic.

Are the activities 100% online?

Yes.

All postdoctoral activities are carried out through the internet. We use synchronous solutions such as Zoom, Meet or Teams, asynchronous solutions in the virtual learning environment. and other communication and collaboration tools.

Are in-person meetings in Orlando mandatory?

No. Participation is optional.

Ambra University events in Orlando are optional and exclusively in person.

What will be the final postdoctoral work?

Write and submit five scientific articles, which will serve as final work in journals with criteria set by Ambra University.

Articles must be published in journals classified and indexed according to specific criteria available in the postdoctoral space on the Virtual Campus. In short, articles must be accepted in journals indexed at levels Q1, Q2, Q3 of Scopus or A1, A2, A3 or A4 of Qualis.
